Appeals Assessor

Overview

Due to business needs, we have a number of Appeals Assessor positions available, with successful applicants being invited to join our talented Appeals Team over the next few months.

Our Appeals Assessor roles are key to supporting Parkingeye in reviewing and responding to motorists who have submitted appeals against a Parking charge they have received. Our work in Appeals follows the British Parking Association’s (BPA) Code of Practice.

The team carry a big workload and the environment is fast-paced, so we are looking for candidates who have strong self-motivation, organisational and problem-solving skills.

The roles are currently being delivered remotely from home, but at an appropriate point in the future, the roles will become office based in Chorley.  Being an Appeals Assessor involves living and demonstrating our Parkingeye Blend values of Be Passionate, Let’s Innovate, Embrace Collaboration, Nurture Trust and Drive Excellence.
