Signage Administrator – FTC

Overview

We are looking for a Signage Administrator to join the Operations Team covering maternity leave until February 2024. Reporting into the Scheduling Manager you will be responsible for designing and drafting signs and overlays, maintaining and growing the Signage Example catalogue and consulting with the internal installation team.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and will be skilled in using Adobe Illustrator, whilst also demonstrating an aptitude to learn new skills. They will also have a friendly attitude, who is a confident collaborator and can deal with all levels of personnel both externally and internally.

Key duties and responsibilities

    • Design and draft signs and overlays in accordance with the requirements of the client and the BPA Code of Practice
    • Maintain and grow the Signage Example Catalogue and ensure consistency with all new signage requests
    • Adhere to internal SLAs when completing signage requests
    • Manage and continuously improve any processes related to signage and improve efficiencies and productivity is maximised
    • Liaise with signage suppliers for quotes, orders and delivery dates
    • Creating purchase orders and paying invoices
    • Interact with the internal installation team to ensure signage has been ordered to suit the installs dates
    • Set up new Accounts with ‘PayByPhone’ with the correct tariffs set then ensuring the new location code is installed on signage drafts
    • Create ‘PayByPhone’ stickers for payment machines
    • Prepare all Signage Maintenance Orders (SMOs) for Account Managers and update signage plans
    • Update internal back-office system (Cayenne) with signage images, signage templates, signage plans & close off support tickets once scheduled works on site have been completed
    • Design and order all client marketing material (leaflets, tent cards posters etc.) when requested by the Account Manager
    • Devise new vinyl wraps for the new Glyde payment kiosks so that the Account Management and Sales Teams can propose the ideas to new and existing clients and meet their individual requests
    • Order signs for new sites once install dates are given

Qualifications & experience required

Essential

  • Adobe Illustrator CC 2018
  • Aptitude to learn new skills
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
  • Strong computer and English language skills

 

Desirable but not essential experience:

  • A basic understanding regarding the BPA Code of Practice and how this affects installations and planning applications
  • Photoshop CC 2018
