Scheduling Administrator (maternity cover)
The Operations Team are looking for a Scheduling Administrator to support the team 20 hours per week covering maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and can use various IT systems, including keeping team data up to date.

Key duties & responsibilities
- Procurement
- Quality Control
- Assisting the team on projects
- Health & Safety administration
- Keeping operational trackers up to date for the team
Formal qualifications & experience required:
- Aptitude to learn new skills
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
- Strong computer and English language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Desirable but not essential experience:
- A basic understanding regarding the BPA Code of Practice and how this affects installations and
planning applications - Previous coordinating
Personal attributes/skills
- Friendly, personable person who strives to be part of a team with confidence in dealing with
all levels of personnel both externally and internally - Willingness to assume responsibilities, take ownership of tasks and ability to multi-task whilst
managing deadlines - Customer service minded and a professional, flexible, hands-on approach
