You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop effective strategies, manage budgets, analyse campaign performance, and deliver measurable results. This will be for our UK and European markets. As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and further establishing our position as the go-to provider in the car park management industry in the UK. In addition to contributing to our expansion into Europe and the launch of our new B2C brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience. Create and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimise campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI). Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing ad designs to attract and engage the target audience. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, including key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular reports and insights, highlighting campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimisation. Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and optimise targeting, messaging, and creative elements. Stay up to date with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of paid media strategies. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align paid media campaigns with broader marketing efforts. Stay informed about changes in advertising policies, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure campaigns adhere to guidelines. Formal Qualifications Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or a Paid Media Executive looking to step up into a manager role. Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools, such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Certification in Google Ads or other relevant advertising platforms is desirable. Willingness to get involved with other marketing projects as part of a small but high-performing marketing team.
