Overview

As an Administration Assistant, you will be required to work independently covering multiple workloads. You will play an important part in ensuring all client requests are processed in a timely manner.

The role requires a high level of customer service as you will be dealing with both clients and motorists on a daily basis. Professionalism is key. You must be able to evidence experience of working in a similar customer service focused role.

You will be working in a fast-paced, target driven environment and must be adaptable to change.

As you will be liaising with other departments on a regular basis, it is important that you are able to build strong working relationships.

You will be required to gain a good understanding of our process and regulations to ensure you mitigate risks and complaints.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from both clients and motorists. This will also include announcing calls to other areas of the business
  • Process both email and telephone requests from clients, including cancelling charges and adding permits
  • Work towards hourly/daily KPI’s
  • Ad-hoc duties as requested by the Team Leader/Manager

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives.

 

Formal Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Display proficient IT skills, including sound knowledge and use of MS Office products as well as bespoke notice processing software
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have good time management and must be able to work to deadlines
  • Apply attention to detail
  • MUST have previous customer service experience

  • Have an excellent telephone manner and be able to deal with difficult calls/complaints
