  • How does Parkingeye approach fairness and ethics in enforcement?

    We take an ethical approach to enforcement that follows several key steps.

    1. A 21-step audit and checking process prior to issuing any parking charge or warning notice
    2. If a motorist appeals their parking charge, each appeal is reviewed on a case-by-case basis using parameters set by you as a client
    3. This can then be escalated further to POPLA if necessary. In 2025 we had a 75% success rate with POPLA appeals (Independent Appeals Service - Industry Avg. 40%)

    This ensures accuracy and fairness.

    We do, our Account Management team exists to give you a point of contact and ongoing support. They will check in, advise and manage your contract, making sure you get the best results from your car park.
